Middle-Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Our client is an established player in the iGaming industry, with four years of experience in online operations. Over this time, they have built a strong team of 50 professionals and developed in-house traffic sources, including a dedicated media buying department. The company operates on its own proprietary platform and targets Tier 1 English-speaking markets such as Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia. The team works entirely remotely.

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in Affiliates & online marketing with a strong network of contacts;
  • Proven success in Tier-1 markets, working across various traffic sources.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Flexible and quick to adapt to new markets and fast-changing environments.
  • Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through affiliate partnerships by maintaining strong communication and support with all affiliates and partners.
  • Track, measure, and report on affiliate performance using standard KPIs to optimize effectiveness.
  • Proactively source, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, negotiating deals and finalizing agreements to grow the network.
  • Collaborate with affiliates on joint marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a high return on investment.
  • Represent the company at key iGaming events, keeping a close eye on industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.
