Our client is a leading global supplier of high-quality industrial equipment, catering to businesses of all sizes. Their stable team of engineers is known for delivering efficient, top-tier service, from product sourcing to maintenance.

 

Now they are looking for a B2B Sales manager, who  will play a critical role in the business development efforts of the sales department. The primary objective is to expand the client base and increase profitability. The position will focus on promoting the company as a reliable supplier of European products and an engineering company. Additionally, the B2B Sales manager will be responsible for achieving commercial targets within a specific region.

Required skills:

  • Higher education
  • Previous experience in a similar B2B sales position (cold calling, active sales, and client development from scratch)
  • Experience in active sales and negotiations is an advantage
  • English: Fluent communication level, russian language is a must
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales management tools
  • Proactive and independent
  • Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset, high level of responsibility and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to prepare reports on completed work
  • Willingness to attend face-to-face meetings and travel

As a plus:

  • Having an existing client base is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new B2B clients.
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze the market and competitive environment.
  • Negotiating with potential partners
  • Managing documentation according to company regulations
  • Timely updating of CRM systems in accordance with company policies
  • Developing regional sales in Central Asia and Africa
  • Providing regular reports
