Required skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
In-depth understanding of the telecommunications market and its key players.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactivity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across Europe for conferences and business meetings.

Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture relationships with existing telecom operators.
Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships with telecom operators and service providers.
Lead negotiations and secure contracts with both international and local telecom operators.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor adherence to agreed terms.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Coordinate and support collaboration between internal departments and telecom partners.
Resolve operational issues and incidents related to service delivery.
