Required skills:

Experience in technical support for hosting or a related field for at least 1 year.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Experience in writing scripts for task automation is a plus.
Understanding of virtual server operation principles and basic networking concepts.
Knowledge of snapshots and backup processes.
Ability to write manuals and instructions.
Proficiency in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Czech is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring virtual server performance and ensuring uninterrupted operation.
Creating and managing snapshots, organizing and performing regular data and system backups, and restoring data from backups when necessary.
Handling and resolving client requests and issues through ticketing systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on servers and networks.
Creating and updating manuals and instructions for system and solution usage.
Developing and implementing scripts to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Analyzing and providing recommendations for infrastructure and process improvements.
