Required skills:

  • Experience in technical support for hosting or a related field for at least 1 year.
  •  Experience with ticketing systems.
  •  Experience in writing scripts for task automation is a plus.
  •  Understanding of virtual server operation principles and basic networking concepts.
  •  Knowledge of snapshots and backup processes.
  •  Ability to write manuals and instructions.
  • Proficiency in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Czech is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring virtual server performance and ensuring uninterrupted operation.
  •  Creating and managing snapshots, organizing and performing regular data and system backups, and restoring data from backups when necessary.
  •  Handling and resolving client requests and issues through ticketing systems.
  •  Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues on servers and networks.
  •  Creating and updating manuals and instructions for system and solution usage.
  •  Developing and implementing scripts to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  •  Analyzing and providing recommendations for infrastructure and process improvements.
