Team Lead of Affiliates

Required skills:

• Know how to find traffic from Tier 1 regions (Canada will be a big plus);
• Have ambitions to build a team, and enter the Canadian market from scratch;
• Search for new partners (webmasters, affiliates, products/platforms) and organize cooperation with them;
• Onboard partners to our affiliate program;
• Interact with current partners and support them;
• Control and retain traffic from partners;
• Know how to set goals and a work plan to achieve them;
• Excellent English level.

As a plus:

• Experience in Gambling/Betting industry;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Teamwork player.

Responsibilities:

• 1+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing;
• Have experience in cooperation with webmasters/advertisers /affiliate programs (Tire 1 region);
• Have a basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing;Understand the different types of traffic sources;
• Have an idea of Revenue Share, CPA models;
• Knowledge of English at a high level.
