Senior Affiliate Manager

Required skills:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tools is a plus.
• Ukrainian (or Russian) language is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand exposure.
• Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and timely communication to ensure a positive partnership experience.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to align affiliate activities with overall business goals.
• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and utilize affiliate marketing technology and tools to enhance performance tracking and reporting.
