- Experience in e-commerce 2+;
- Experience in using payment method back-office tools of various payment providers;
- Good communication skills and English language skills (both orally and in writing);
- Excel skills, experience with Google docs;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Experience in iGaming is an advantage.
- Assist in passing the onboarding and connecting of the PSP;
- Daily monitoring of payment flows;
- Providing daily/monthly transaction reports;
- Payments error detection, investigating problem transactions
- communication with payment providers for failed payments, data requests;
- Testing payment methods on a regular basis;
- Interaction with the customer support team in order to provide solutions regarding payment problems;
- Interaction with the financial team, tech team, and product team.
