Our client is a B2C iGaming project backed by a stable holding company. The team has a long history in the gambling market and has been successful in the western markets. Start-up culture includes minimum bureaucracy, quick decision-making, informal communication, flat structure.

For our client we are looking for Payment Manager.

Required skills:

Experience in e-commerce 2+;
Experience in using payment method back-office tools of various payment providers;
Good communication skills and English language skills (both orally and in writing);
Excel skills, experience with Google docs;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Experience in iGaming is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Assist in passing the onboarding and connecting of the PSP;
Daily monitoring of payment flows;
Providing daily/monthly transaction reports;
Payments error detection, investigating problem transactions
communication with payment providers for failed payments, data requests;
Testing payment methods on a regular basis;
Interaction with the customer support team in order to provide solutions regarding payment problems;
Interaction with the financial team, tech team, and product team.
