For our  client — a software developer and business solution provider for the iGaming industry – we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Relationship Specialist to join growing Prague team.

About of company:  The company’s focus is the development of business solutions for the online gambling industry. The company offers customizable, feature-rich online casino and sportsbook software, integration of casino games, legal and business advisory, and client support. To provide the best possible experience and results for clients, this company continually develops its product line and improves our existing services.

 

Responsibilities:

-General responsibility for working with providers (online games suppliers);

-Creation of a product line, work with a portfolio;

-Internal coordination of actions required for new providers (coordination of actions with the development team, legal and financial departments);

-Development, deepening and maintenance of long-term business relationships with suppliers;

-Evaluation of the proposed solutions (the proposed functionality of the provider and commercial conditions), negotiations, in order to improve the commercial and other terms of the contract, contractual work;

-Working with providers: monitoring and administration all processes after the implementing a new provider into the product line;

-Analysis of the provider’s performance and functionality of different providers, regular reporting of changes, entering all data into CRM;

-Market monitoring, analysis of industry trends;

-Interaction with sales managers and providing the necessary information on the supplier’s product and upon request;

-Detailed product study and preparation of internal materials;

-Other supporting activities directly or indirectly related to maintaining relationships with suppliers.

 

Essential professional experience:

-High School Diploma or equivalent background (economics, management)

-Work experience of at least 1 year in administrative positions (desirable but not required);

-Knowledge of English (Intermediate (Upper Intermediate) level — B2-C1), knowledge of Russian at the native level;

-Ability to work with large amounts of information;

-Perseverance, accuracy in document management in the system, responsibility and initiative;

-Ability to negotiate with existing and new providers in order to maintain business relationships;

-Ability to work in a team among various specialists.
