For our client we are looking for Lawyer (Online gambling, IT) to provide interesting and varied solutions for new brand!

Required skills:

Excellent academic credentials, a complete degree;
4−6 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English;
Experience in registration and legal support of international legal entities;
Experience in cooperation with international legal consultants;
Experience in managing the corporate transactions within the international market;
Negotiation skills, including negotiating of requirements in contracts with vendors related to compliance;
Soft skills: diligence and discipline, diligent to deadlines, quick learner, communications skills, companies’ goals oriented.

Responsibilities:

Draft, analyze and negotiate various business contracts (software licenses, white label solutions, game provisioning, NDAs, PSP contracts, etc.);
Handle structuring of corporate enteties and intra-group transactions;
Participate in corporate governance (ownership structures, shareholder resolutions), board minutes, regulatory approvals;
Compliance with banking/financial/business legislation (review and verification of all products, business processes, corporate, internal and other documents in light of local and international regulatory requirements);
Advice on intellectual property matters;
Advice on labor law and employment contracts;
Obtain Internet gambling licenses;
Support corporate transactions within the group of companies;
Maintain company policies and procedures and reviewing compliance with internal operating policies and procedures from a gaming law perspective.
