As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing the company's online presence, managing online advertising, optimizing for search engines, and analyzing digital marketing data to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Required skills:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry will be your advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Russian: For a role specifically requiring fluency in these languages, the Digital Marketing Manager must be able to create and review marketing materials and communicate effectively with stakeholders in both languages.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns that engage users and stand out in a competitive market.
  • Attention to Detail: The capacity to ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns are error-free, comply with regulations, and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales.
  • Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience preferences.
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Proficiency in managing online ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve the visibility of the social casino's website in search engine results.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Understanding of paid search advertising and how to effectively bid on keywords to drive traffic to the social casino platform.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM): Skilled in creating and managing social media campaigns, including content creation, community management, and leveraging social media analytics.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Experience in managing affiliate relationships and programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and tracking performance metrics.
  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Marketing: Ability to identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to promote the social casino brand.
  • Content Marketing: Understanding of creating and distributing valuable content that attracts and retains a clearly defined audience, driving profitable customer action.
