Required skills:

  • 1+ years of experience as a support/customer service agent;
  • High level of Hindi skills, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
  • Desire to grow and develop in the company, develop the product;
  • Willingness to work in mixed shifts (day and night);
  • Typing at a speed of 160 characters per minute;
  • Experience in the Igaming industry is a big plus.



  • Process incoming requests through chats, mail, telephone, and messengers;
  • Inform users about current promotions and product offers;
  • Record user requests, work with the portrait, add key information to the player’s profile;
  • Communicate with related departments to resolve technical, payment, and VIP issues;
  • Create the friendliest and warmest possible atmosphere for the client, resolve issues here and now;
  • Comply with quality communication requirements and KPIs.
