- 1+ years of experience as a support/customer service agent;
- High level of Hindi skills, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
- Desire to grow and develop in the company, develop the product;
- Willingness to work in mixed shifts (day and night);
- Typing at a speed of 160 characters per minute;
- Experience in the Igaming industry is a big plus.
- Process incoming requests through chats, mail, telephone, and messengers;
- Inform users about current promotions and product offers;
- Record user requests, work with the portrait, add key information to the player’s profile;
- Communicate with related departments to resolve technical, payment, and VIP issues;
- Create the friendliest and warmest possible atmosphere for the client, resolve issues here and now;
- Comply with quality communication requirements and KPIs.
