Our client is a team of over 100 people who develop software and products for the international market, continuously expanding their presence in Europe and Asia.
The company offers the opportunity to work in cosy offices in Tula or Penza, as well as the opportunity to work remotely.
About the project: a business area of the holding company developing b2c projects to Europe and Asia.

The company is actively expanding and invites a COO to cooperate!

Required skills:

  • Manage the company's project portfolio;
  • Improve the efficiency of the business unit management system (business unit)
  • Manage the day to day operational processes to ensure their effectiveness;
  • Ensuring effective interaction of functional units;
  • Developing and implementing monitoring and reporting tools for BU;
  • Company project portfolio management;
  • Developing new partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in a senior position (marketing, CCO, SRO) in iGaming;
  • Marketing background will be a big plus;
  • Understanding of the IT development process;
  • Experience managing distributed teams of 100+ people;
  • Skills in implementing business process automation systems;
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level.
