Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Required skills:

• An experienced iGaming professional, a solid senior marketing and leadership background is essential;
• 7+ years experience in iGaming vertical (casino & betting);
• Experience in TIER 1 and CIS markets is a priority;
• Leadership experience (Team Lead/CMO with a team of 20+ members) - 2+ years;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum Management system;
• Improved CRM skills;
• English - full working proficiency;
• Deep expertise in Affiliate, Media Buying or Retention;
• Solid knowledge of: Google Analytics, PowerBi / Metabase, HotJar, ClickUp / Jira / Trello, Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate and control a Marketing budget;
• Forecasting indicators, creating plans for KPIs;
• Creating BI-reports (together with analysts);
• Calculation of  ROI and Unit-economics;
• Calculation of the effectiveness of Marketing channels;
• Building a performance strategy for attracting players;
• Building a Brand Strategy with the aim of recognition in main GEOs;
• Building a Player retention strategy;
• Managing effective and high-quality team communication;
• DAU/WAU/MAU tracking;
• Monitoring and improvement of the final Profit indicator;
• Creation of new bonus promotions.
