Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the financial performance of a group of companies;
• Strategic planning of financial activities of a group of companies;
• Ensuring the functioning of the financial management system;
• Budgeting and control of budget execution, and cost optimization;
• Automation of financial management system processes;
• Management of currency risks in the operational and financial activities of the group of companies;
• Planning and managing the assets of a group of companies, managing financial risks, opening bank and non-bank accounts, passing compliance;
• Implementation and compliance with AML/ATF, KYC, and compliance policies;
• International tax planning and optimization, deep understanding of taxation systems in the countries of presence;
• Ensuring and optimizing the acceptance/sending of payments from customers/suppliers in a wide range of regions of the world;
• Implementation and monitoring of financial metrics/performance indicators of a group of companies, formation of motivation systems for employees
