Required skills:

  • A minimum of one year of experience management in event planning is required;
  • A minimum of one year of experience in iGaming preferably connected to creation the tournament campaigns for the operators;
  • Ensure confidentiality of all project information;
  • Detail-oriented and ability of all casino information;
  • Candidates must be able to handle a high-changing environment;
  • Requires the highest degree of communication skills;
  • The ability to read, write and speak English is required;
  • Professional appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement tournaments, Free spins and other campaigns;
  • Responsible for overseeing all of campaigns, programs and communications;
  • Work with Marketing to maintain invite status, drop calendars and deadlines;
  • Creating and managing the budgets and actual expenses;
  • Maintain Special Events calendar;
  • Create Special Event Handbooks for new employees;
  • Create a new employee orientation department schedule;
  • Evaluation and offering performance reviews of the special campaigns;
  • Develops terms and conditions for all campaigns;
  • Reporting;
  • Researches and develops event ideas and execution.
