Our client is a software provider and online gaming operator based in Malta. The company brings together various aspects of the industry and offers both consumer entertainment brands and white-label services to the industry.

Required skills:

  • Experience in the Online iGaming industry, not less than 3 years.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Experience in customer support is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Market knowledge (IT);
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to build mutual understanding;
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data;
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent active listening skills;
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally;
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends (IT);
  • Extensive, accurate product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople;
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value;
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect;
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment;
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior;
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes;
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services;
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
  • Identifying industry trends.
