Required skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure order accuracy.
Searching for new suppliers, conducting evaluation and verification of their reliability (analyzing financial stability, product and service quality, market reputation).
Requesting and analyzing commercial proposals from suppliers, assessing their competitiveness and conditions.
Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the most favorable terms, including payment conditions and discounts.
Maintaining preparing activity reports, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and standards.
