Affiliate/Account Manager

Our client is developing various solutions for the iGaming industry. The company is working on the development of several brands and at the moment would like to invite an experienced Affiliate Manager to the team, who would be interested in working in a startup project.

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • The presence of successful cases on sales growth;
  • Knowledge of the basics of online marketing (CPA/CPS/CPL, traffic arbitrage);
  • Experience with Google Analytics;
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian, especially written.


  • Development and implementation of a strategy to attract partners;
  • Search and attraction of new partners/webmasters who are ready to cooperate with the product;
  • Support and advice to existing partners;
  • Individual assistance to promising partners and the use of strategies to retain them;
  • Search for new channels in order to attract traffic to our affiliate program;
  • Work with different types of offers;
  • Development of promotions for advertising campaigns;
  • Analytics and reporting on the effectiveness of work with partners and optimization of their work;
  • Conducting a statistical analysis of advertising campaigns carried out, the results of partners, the quality of attracted traffic from partners, determining their effectiveness and further optimization;
  • Fraud tracking.
