- Experience in customer care or account management (customer relationship management)
- Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
- A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Romanian and English
- Responsible for developing existing brands and increasing their overall performance
- Directly manage customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients
- Develop and implement better game positions
- Keep updated with the market conditions and plan new approaches using this information
- Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for these clients
- Managing promotions on assigned clients
- A friendly and multinational environment
