They have a set of international teams working towards one common goal, which is to be the best-known slot game provider.
Currently looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Account Manager to join their team in Malta.
- 1+ years related experience in customer care or account management (customer relationship management);
- Experience in iGaming industry is a plus;
- A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus;
- Strong communication skills;
- Fluent in English with Turkish or Portuguese.
- Responsible for developing existing brands and increasing their overall performance;
- Directly manage customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients;
- Develop and implement better game positions;
- Keep updated with the market conditions and plan new approaches using this information;
- Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for these clients;
- Managing promotions on assigned clients.
